People first.
Performance follows.
Exceptional teams don’t just emerge. They’re built. We help you build yours.
Providing diagnostic-led leadership transformation experiences (Outperform Atlantic) and executive coaching (Leaders Hours) — building the high-performance conditions that deliver results.
Anchored in County Mayo, Ireland. Built for the world.
WHY WE EXIST
The most successful teams are the most intentional ones.
Nearly two decades in high-performance environments — from Accenture Strategy to leading Google's $1B+ EMEA international growth business — taught Laura that connected, cohesive leadership teams outperform every time. Not because they got lucky. Because they made deliberate choices about how they work, how they lead and how they move forward together.
In a world where hybrid has dispersed teams and AI is reshaping what work looks and feels like, those choices have never been more difficult — or more critical for success.
Outperform Atlantic exists to help leadership teams make these choices — understand the current state, pick the right lane, and build the performance culture required for long-term success.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Performance depends on your people.
Outperform Atlantic is for C-suite and senior leaders at progressive companies who recognise that culture drives results.
You’re scaling — or preparing to — and potentially looking to new international markets. You’re figuring out AI. You have a talented and ambitious team that you know is capable of more. You’ve invested in leadership development before with little to show for it. And you’re ready to do something fundamentally different.
If you believe that building a truly high-performing team is one of the most commercially impactful things you can do — you’re exactly who we built this for.

HOW IT WORKS
Three phases. One high-performing team.
No assumptions. No generic frameworks. Outperform Atlantic begins with a diagnostic (The Barometer) — fresh data, specific to your team, with pinpoint accuracy.
PHASE 01.
The Barometer
Use own data or new data to build a quantitative and qualitative assessment of your team. Findings presented live to facilitate honest, transparent leadership conversations. You’ll know exactly what’s working, what isn’t and why.
PHASE 02.
The Atlantic Immersion
Two - three days in County Mayo, along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Your team works on the output from the Barometer.
Strategy, connection and movement together on the edge of the Atlantic. A glass room overlooking Clew Bay. Real work, in a powerful place.
The Landing
Six to twelve months of ongoing coaching, strategic check-ins, and culture embedding.
The change made in Mayo becomes the way your leadership team works.
PHASE 03.
Not sure where to start? Every engagement begins with The Barometer.
THE ATLANTIC IMMERSION
Some places make small thinking impossible
Hybrid gave your team flexibility. It also quietly eroded the moments that build real cohesion. Today, most offsites don’t replace those. Same hotel. Same conference room. Teams return having ticked a box, nothing fundamentally shifted.
The Atlantic Immersion is the opposite of that.
We work from a glass room overlooking Clew Bay on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way. No monitors. No conference tables. Just your team, the evidence from The Barometer, and the space to do the real work.
And when the work is done for the day — hike Croagh Patrick, paddle board together, surf the Atlantic, sea swim and sauna. Eat exceptional local food. Invest in an experience your team will talk about for years.
This is not a retreat. It's where you invest in doing real, transformative work in a powerful place.
WHO LAURA IS
“Working with Laura was genuinely transformative. Her direct, insightful style cuts through the noise in a way that only someone with true executive-level experience can. She challenged me, elevated my thinking, and equipped me with strategies that had an immediate impact”.
Aislinn Connolly, Head of Apps & Gaming, EMEA Large Customer Sales, Google.
Laura McGreal has 18 years experience in high-performance environments — from Accenture Strategy to leading Google's multi-billion dollar EMEA International growth business. A Leadership Award winner at Google, she has built and led cohesive, high-performing teams, delivering exceptional commercial results.
What those years taught her is simple: the organisations that perform best are the ones where clarity, trust and connection are abundant. She saw it consistently — and noticed just as consistently how rarely traditional leadership development actually builds any of those things.
She founded Laura McGreal Consulting to be the partner she always wanted and to bring the kind of thinking and experiences previously available only to the world's biggest companies to ambitious organisations.
Outperform Atlantic is her methodology — diagnostic-led, immersive, and designed to make change stick. Leaders Hours is her one-to-one coaching offer for senior leaders who want a dedicated, honest thinking partner alongside or independent of Outperform.
Outside of work, Laura is a seasoned runner, an aspiring triathlete and a dedicated mother to Ella (8), Sebastian (5) and Jasper (2). She lives in County Mayo and works internationally.
PIONEER CLIENTS
We’re looking for the pioneer clients of 2026.
Outperform Atlantic is open to a small number of progressive leadership teams this year. Pioneer clients get priority access, preferential pricing, and the opportunity to shape a highly bespoke and curated experience built around the specific challenges of your team.
This is not a standard engagement. It's a genuine partnership with an experienced practitioner who is fully invested in your results.
