I spent 17 years at the heart of high-performance - from Accenture Strategy to leading Google’s multi-billion dollar EMEA International Growth business. I’ve led large teams through fluctuating growth chapters and managed the pressure of increasing sales targets. I know how challenging it is to be strategic when you’re buried in the day-to-day.
I work best as an outside lens for leaders who need to simplify their thinking, prioritise effectively, and move from reacting to leading. Whether we are unlocking international market entry or fixing a performance issue, my focus is always on doing the right thing, for the right reason with the right result.
Leadership at this level is a high-performance sport. Having successfully led high-performing teams, and won EMEA Leadership awards, I’ve seen firsthand that the best results come from leaders and teams that are energised, not exhausted. Leadership should stretch and energise you, not burn you out.
I founded my strategy & leadership practice after years in demanding senior roles where I craved a trusted advisor. Someone to help me think clearly, trust my judgement, and lead with my strengths. I help leadership teams get out of the weeds and into the strategic driving seat. Whether we’re mapping out a multi-year strategic plan, navigating the complexities of international expansion, or setting team objectives and expectations, my role is to bring the structure and the "outside lens" you need. I don’t just facilitate a workshop; I bring 17 years of commercial rigour and multi-national, international experience to ensure your growth plans are ambitious, achievable and built with your company in mind.
02. The Strategic Immersion (West of Ireland)
In a hybrid working world, real-world connection is more important than ever. One of the most powerful ways to move forward is to change up the environment, get out of the office, and connect as a group.
To support this, I design and lead high-impact immersions for teams that need to align and connect. Based in the West of Ireland, these sessions are a deliberate blend of serious business strategy and physical connection. We trade back-to-back meetings for a focused environment where your team can solve complex problems, build genuine connection, and emerge with a clear head and a roadmap for the chapter ahead.

About Laura
I founded this practice because I’m at my best working with others, solving complex problems and moving forward. Having spent almost two decades in high-performance environments, I’ve seen and learned firsthand that success is only sustainable when leaders enjoy their roles and reach their full potential without burning out. I believe that every team and leader should have access to the right support that makes enjoying and thriving in your role not only possible but probable.
