Background.

I began my career at Accenture Strategy, working with leading financial services, public sector, and healthcare organisations. I joined Google EMEA HQ in Dublin shortly after, holding strategy, operations, and international growth leadership roles across the region.

I was twice recognised with a Leadership Award at Google — something I'm proud of, not for what it said about me, but for what it said about the teams I built and the environment we created together.

My why.

I love getting to know people, their strengths, what makes them tick. I love helping people figure out what they’re capable of, where they want to go.. and going for it.

I care about how people experience working with me — the environment we create, how a client feels walking out of a session. I hold a high bar.

WHERE I WORK

Co. Mayo, situated on the west of Ireland is home. I grew up here, my family is here, and moving back here was a great decision.

It's also why Outperform Atlantic is built here. The Atlantic creates the right conditions for clearer thinking, connection and joy.
