I’ve spent 18 years solving hard problems with brilliant people. Now I help others do the same.

MY BACKGROUND

I began my career at Accenture Strategy, working across some of the world's leading financial services, public sector and healthcare organisations. After consulting, I moved to the Google EMEA HQ in Dublin, where I held numerous roles; strategy and operations and international growth across Northern Europe, UK and Ireland and EMEA.

I was recognised with a Leadership Award twice at Google, something I’m extremely proud of. Not because of what it said about me individually, but because of what it said about the people I managed, the teams I built and the performance focussed environment we created together.

What those 18 years gave me wasn't a framework. It was a deep, practical understanding of what makes people perform, what holds them back and how to move forward.

MY WHY

I love people. I love getting to know them properly, understanding how they think, what drives them, and where they want to go. I’ve always loved the moments where a person or a team realises what they're actually capable of... and goes for it. No two people, no two teams, no two problems are ever the same, and that’s what makes it interesting.

Anyone who knows me will say that I am passionate about helping people reach their potential, from a place of confidence and strength. I also care deeply about the experience of the work itself. Not just the outcome. The quality of the conversations, the environment we create, the feeling a client has when they leave a session or an immersion. That truly matters to me. I have built something I truly believe in and I'm looking forward to sharing it with clients.

WHERE I WORK

Co. Mayo, situated in the west of Ireland is home. It's also where I do my best work. I grew up here, my family is here, and coming back was one of the best decisions I've made. I'm more present, more active and more balanced.

It's also why OutperformAtlantic is built here. The Atlantic creates the right conditions for better thinking and human connection. I didn't want to build a programme that could happen anywhere. I wanted to build one that could only happen here as I truly believe in the power of the location.

I work with clients across Ireland, the UK, and internationally from my home in the west of Ireland.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, I’m a dedicated mother to Ella (8), Sebastian (5) and Jasper (2). I’m a seasoned runner and an aspiring triathlete. I love to cook, bake and plan lots of adventures with family and friends to enjoy my one wild, and precious life.
