BACKGROUND

I began my career at Accenture Strategy, working with leading financial services, public sector, and healthcare organisations in the UK, US and Ireland. After Accenture, I joined the Google EMEA HQ in Dublin holding global strategy, operations, and international growth sales leadership roles.

I was twice recognised with a Leadership Award at Google — something I'm proud of, not for what it said about me, but for what it said about the teams I built and the performance and growth oriented environments we created together.

MY WHY

I love getting to know people, understanding what makes them tick and seeing them reach their potential. Through coaching and team retreats, I help clients understand their goals, their strengths and their path forward. I care deeply about how people experience working with me and strive to deliver outstanding experiences for each of my clients.

Performance Partnerand Outperform Atlantic are the next chapter of my career where I can spend more time doing the work I enjoy most.

WHERE I WORK

Co. Mayo, situated on the west of Ireland is home. I grew up here and my family is here.

I’ve had an idea for team retreats in the west of Ireland for a number of years. The Atlantic coast creates the right conditions for clearer thinking, closer connection and a sprinkling of joy. It may be a trip to get here but it’s worth it.

Through Performance Partner and Outperform Atlantic, I work with clients across Ireland, the UK, and internationally.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Dedicated mother to Ella, Sebastian and Jasper. Avid traveller, seasoned runner and aspiring triathlete.
