BACKGROUND

I began my career at Accenture Strategy, working with leading financial services, public sector, and healthcare organisations in the UK, US and Ireland. After Accenture, I joined the Google EMEA HQ in Dublin holding global strategy, operations, and international growth sales leadership roles.

I was twice recognised with a Leadership Award at Google — something I'm proud of, not for what it said about me, but for what it said about the teams I built and the performance and growth oriented environments we created together.

MY WHY

I love getting to know people, understanding what makes them tick and seeing them perform to their potential. Through 1:1 and team coaching, I help clients understand their goals, their strengths and their path forward. I help them understand their environment and what it demands of them, better.

I care deeply about how people experience working with me and deliver impactful experiences for each of my clients.

WHERE I WORK

Co. Mayo, situated on the west of Ireland is home. From here, I work with clients across the UK and Ireland, both in person and remotely.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Wife to Barra. Mother to Ella, Sebastian and Jasper. Avid traveller, seasoned runner and sports enthusiast.
